Dexter's Back...and Not Alone
Fade up on a tablet, with a header for "ENTERTAINMENT NEWS"
offscreen male voice: "Huh...will you look at that..."
Cut to person reading the tablet, it's Dexter, on his cabin porch
Dexter: They're bringing back Sex and the City.
offscreen female voice: Uh, yeah?
Cut to over Dexter's Shoulder, we now see who the offscreen female voice belongs to - Dexter's late sister Deb.
Deb: But without Samantha, what's the point?
Dexter: (not looking up, still reading) It could still be good.
Deb: Oh, please Samantha is the foul mouthed lusty spirit of the show. If you don't have that foul mouthed lusty spirit a reboot is destined to fail!
(awkward pause as Dexter and Deb slowly look up, direct to camera, a smirk on Deb's face, a "What are ya gonna do" look on Dexter's face)

"Family Portrait"
Music: Theme to Family Ties
Fade up on wall of dilapidated Chicago building. There is a mural of the Gallagher clan, along with Kev and V, outlined on the building but yet to be fully painted. The ARTIST is just starting to fill in the color, and along with the choice of music, is evocative to the famous opening credit sequence to the original Family Ties sitcom.

We dissolve from the mural being painted to random shots of the series, the Gallagher clan doing what the Gallagher clan does, and their bad antics clashes with the sweet Family Ties theme...

When we get close to the end of the theme, we dissolve back to the mural, now almost fully painted, the ARTIST putting finishing touched as we hear our last "What Would We Do Baby...Without Uuuuuuusss?" 
Suddenly, we see the ARTIST turn around and leap off-camera just as a beat-up Cutlass skids into frame and crashes into the building. FRANK stumbles out of the Cutlass. We hear police sirens in the background. He lugs out a giant pillow sack out of the car, jangling with a ridiculous amount of loose change - was FRANK looting parking meters, and then did he steal a car in an attempt to escape? He doesn't stick around long enough to ask, just shuffles off camera as quickly he can with his haul, leaving the remnants of the Cutlass behind.
Cut to wide shot of building and wrecked Cutlass as Frank shuffles off-camera...as soon as he's gone, the Cutlass starts to catch on fire.
Cut to Shameless logo superimposed over the building, and "COMING SOON" as get the final "SHA-LA-LA-LAAA" of the song lyric.
